Need more hot dog fingers in your life? Good news! Everything Everywhere All At Once is heading back to theaters on July 29, and this time it will include an introduction from the directing duo, Daniel Scheinert and Daniel Kwan (a.k.a. the Daniels), and eight whole minutes of outtakes.
If you’re not familiar with the A24 film, Everything Everywhere All At Once follows Michelle Yoeh’s character, who the marketing material describes as “an exhausted Chinese American woman who can’t seem to finish her taxes.”
The movie is about much more than that, of course. It’s about the relationship between a mother and a daughter; intergenerational trauma; the multiverse; and, yes, even hot dog fingers. The movie has received rave reviews and is on the shortlist for all the awards. If you haven’t checked it out yet or want a good excuse to see it again in theaters, you’ll have your chance at the end of July.
In addition to Yeoh, Everything Everywhere All At Once stars Stephanie Hsu, Ke Huy Quan, Jenny Slate, Harry Shum Jr., James Hong, and Jamie Lee Curtis. It’s currently available for digital purchase on demand, and will be in theaters once again, this time with bonus content, starting on July 29.
